Application for additional exam time for open UAS students: With this form, you can apply for additional time in an exam as an open UAS student. Additional time may be granted due to illness, disability, dyslexia, or another special reason. Please complete the form and attach a certificate verifying the reason for the need for extra time. If you are studying in open UAS route studies, please contact your study counsellor. They will guide you in applying for individual study arrangements. You will be informed of the decision by email. Inform your teacher about your right to additional exam time as soon as your studies begin. Decisions on individual study arrangements are stored in Jamk’s case management system for the duration of your open study right, up to a maximum of two years.
